AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET PARTS/ CAR AUDIO SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for a Sales Representative that can bring an immediate positive impact to our high volume retail store located in Canton, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Company in a professional, helpful and friendly manner;
• Assist customers with product inquiries and sales;
  
• Offer superior customer service;
  
• Meet weekly sales & productivity objectives;
  
• Assist in inventory control and prevent shrinkage;
  
• Maintain store cleanliness;
  
• Help with ordering;
  
• Attend product training sessions, industry trade shows, and be available to work special events;
  
• Project a professional image and enthusiastic floor presence;
  
• Cooperate with management and coworkers;
  
• Follow company policies and procedures;
  
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality;
  
• Provides flexibility on shift hours, and willing to work 40 hours per week;

Minimum Requirements

• Consumer sales experience in a retail environment;
• Automotive Experience preferred but not required. Training available for the right candidate;
  
• Knowledge and passion for Car Audio, Automotive Accessories, Wheels, 4-Wheel/Off Road Products a must.
  

AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET PARTS/ CAR AUDIO INSTALLATION SPECIALIST

We're looking for an experienced Installation Tech to bring an immediate positive impact to our team. Candidate must have their own tools, a clean driving record, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Company in a professional, helpful, and friendly manner;
  
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment;
  
• Install aftermarket products in a timely and professional manner to ensure superior customer service;
• Work with Sales Staff to maintain inventory control;
  
• Maintain bay cleanliness;
  
• Assist customers with installation, product, and sales questions;
  
• Attend product training sessions, industry trade shows, and be available to work special events;
  
• Follow company policies and procedures;
  
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality;
  

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years professional installation experience of aftermarket products including audio, lighting, step bars, tonneau covers, wheels, tires, remote starts, and all other aspects of the industry;
  
• Experience with Coats mount and balance machines helpful;
  
• Suspension installation experience desired, but not required;
• MECP and/ or ASE Certification helpful;
  
• Window Tint experience helpful
